The GardenWave is a completely original design and concept, developed by ourselves over the course of 2 years. The building features an eye-catching design of a sweeping wave from the ground over to the opposite wall meaning that your walls and roof are one piece. To do this we precision engineer each of the wooden sections of this building. We hope you like it.

• Custom specification doors and windows in keeping with the wave design

• Front and rear decking areas

• Super reliable single piece EPDM roof covering, no joins

• Double glazing in all doors and window panels

Specification

• Frame - timber construction throughout - C24-C16 pressure treated and weatherproof frame

• Base - solid wood treated lattice work under floor/base. Steel ground supports.

• Floor - Solid wood softwood floorboards(upgradeable)

• Roof - 2 layers of 6mm plywood, topped with EPDM rubber and artificial grass

• Electrics - 3 sockets, interior light, cabling, switches and consumer unit (requires connection to a mains power source)(upgradeable)

• Insulation - 45mm recycled Eko wool, including damp membrance in wall and bulkhead sections

• External finish - cladding

• Decking - wood boards (upgradeable)

• Internal finish - plywood (upgradeable) cladding looks even better
