Wave Upgrades
All buildings come finished as standard but you may wish to upgrade certain parts of it.
Outside
Decking - we can deck around your OfficeWave. This can be done at a fixed cost of £100psm for standard decking and £150psm for composite decking. Composite boards are recommended over wooden boards. This cost is all inclusive meaning boards, base & installation. Wooden Decking comes as standard on a GardenWave, but can be upgraded to composite
Slate or Bark Chippings - we can create a sleeper surround filled with chippings. This includes a membrane to ensure it remains clear from weeds and easy to maintain. Pricing is based on specification.
Cladding Options - barn cladding is standard on an OfficeWave. However, we can upgrade your exterior finish. Choices include Cedar, Larch, shiplap softwood, Black Barn Cladding. Pricing is based on specification. A GardenWave has shiplap cladding as standard.
Roof
Grass Roof - an artificial grass finished roof gives your building a special look. Supply and installation at a cost of £50 per square metre on an OfficeWave.
Guttering - as an upgrade, we can fit the rear of the building with guttering to collect rainwater and preserve it.
Roof Leaves - we can trim your roof with our unique aluminium leaves. Leaves are supplied and installed at a cost of £50 per linear metre. Roof Leaves come as standard on a GardenWave.
Inside
Electrical fittings and external lighting - your OfficeWave comes wired and ready to be connected as part of our standard pricing offer. We supply and install a consumer unit, 3 plug sockets, a light fitting and switch. This can be upgraded to your specification and number of sockets, ceiling lights, wall lights, external lights and switches.
Internal Cladding - The internal standard finish is ply wood interior, to make this more homely we would recomend softwood tonge and groove cladding. Also for a splashproof approach we would suggest UPVC cladding.
Flooring - solid wood floorboards are standard and included in out fixed pricing. However, flooring can be upgraded to engineered flooring, oak boards or any flooring of your choice. Pricing is subject to your choices and specifications.
Three Layered Insulated Floor - as an upgrade, we offer three layers of OSB Board, Celotex and Tongue and Groove Chipboard flooring. This creates a barrier that will not be affected by timber shrinking and expansion through the year. It will also make the room quieter and of course hold heat very well.
Extra Storage Options - For those looking for a lovely addition to your garden, but don't want to waste your New space with storage. Have both!
Our Garden rooms can come with a storage space built on to the side or rear, to maximise the living space without having to look at the contents of your shed.
