The OfficeWave is a functional garden room built in Standard Sizes and are fully customise-able with many different Upgrades available.

The complete cost of this building, including delivery and construction is based on a fixed standard price plus the doors and windows you choose. It is as simple as that. All the essentials like wiring, insulation, a solid base and construction are included automatically. See our examples of designs and pricing.

At GardenWave we only ever build using a solid wood base, similar to the floors in your house. Take a look and see how we do it. This means no unsightly concrete slab in your garden and also this method is also much kinder to the environment .

Specification 

• Construction - solid timber throughout - C24-C16 pressure treated and weatherproof frame

• Insulation - 100mm Recycled insulation - Damp proof Membrane and Breathable Membrane

• Base - solid wood pressure treated 200mm sub-frame. Leveling Steel ground supports.

• Electrics - 3 double sockets - 4 recessed Spotlights - switches and consumer unit (requires connection to a mains power source) and is upgradeable

• Floor - solid wood softwood floorboards (upgradeable)

• Roof - OSB, EPDM rubber, trimmed and finished in treated solid wood

• External finish - barn cladding, as pictured
