At GardenWave all the essentials like wiring, insulation, a solid base and construction are included automatically.

Our OfficeWave buildings are created on a fixed price based on size , plus your choice of doors and windows. This fixed price has NO hidden extras*.

​

Fixed pricing means you tell us the dimensions, your door and windows choices and we will create for you a fully finished building which includes...

  • All materials, construction and delivery*

  • No need for concrete base with steel ground screws

  • Wall & ceiling insulation

  • Sockets, lighting and all electrical wiring inc. consumer unit

  • Solid wooden floors

  • 5 Layered Cavity walls

Our pricing options are based on standard sizing that goes up in, metre and half metre intervals.

Pricing Examples

Example of Cost: 2.4m x 3m =7.2sqm = £8,680 + (Doors & Windows)
Specification:

  • French double doors -(Fitted at cost price)

  • Steel ground supports

  • Wall and roof insulation

  • EPDM Rubber Roof

  • Delivery* & construction

  • (Decking area is an extra cost)

*Fixed cost delivery and construction is based on a 50mile radius from our base in Hertfordshire. GardenWave will fabricate, deliver and construct a fully insulated and wired garden office to a variable cost + doors and windows.
Smaller buildings may be subject to a minimum charge.
